Shipping Limitations:

When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the confirmed address on the credit card or confirmed address on the Paypal account. If the address must be changed or to be shipped other then the confirmed address, then payment must be in a different form, using Interact/Money order/personal check and then and only then we can ship it to the address the purchaser requests.

Payments:

Payments must be made within 2 business days to ensure that the product you purchased is still available. Payments that we accept are Visa/Mastercard through Paypal, certified checks, money orders, cashiers check, personal check (hold for 15 days), Interact / email Transfers. The website is in Canadian dollars only and if you want to pay in another currency please email.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours after the order is placed. Please contact a Customer Service Representative in order to cancel your order. You may cancel your order and obtain a full refund if order has not been shipped and/or is not awaiting shipment.

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded in full. You will be notified via email with a confirmation once refund has been issued.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. Package must be in original packaging without any damage in order to receive a refund. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.

Returns and Warranty

All of our items are protected by a 30 to 90 day warranty as specified in the ad. If your item is defective and within warranty you may contact one of friendly customer service representatives in order to obtain further instructions. A copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise must be included. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note that if we find the cause to be from wear and tear the customer may incur repair charges and be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damage Policy

All of our items pass a rigorous inspection before shipment to insure that they are completely functional and free of any damage. Therefore any damage to the item has occurred during the shipping process. If you receive a damaged item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving it so we can file a damage report with the shipping company and make arrangements to fix or replace your damaged item.

Returned Products

Returned items must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, and contain all manuals, accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

If any products are returned back to us and not found defective they are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
